What can you use to lubricate jump rings when you cut them with a power saw.

Jump Ring Lubricant

Before cutting the rings you can apply dish washing liquid. Squeeze liquid along the length of the jump ring coil.

One of the best lubricants is a dry lubricant stick called Cut Lube From Euro Tool. The stick is rubbed along the coil and works very well.
